I'm selling this for my older neighbor. He was a mechanic and always maintained it meticulously. It's in excellent overall condition.
He's owned it since the mid- to late-90s. He's ridden it on trips all over the country, from Niagara Falls to the Rockies.
It runs, rides, steers, stops, and handles great.
The chrome and red paint look shiny and new.
It has good tires, a good battery, and the chain seems fairly tight.
It starts up strong and rides and cruises very smooth.
The Nighthawk 750s have more power and less weight than the CB750s.
It includes options such as a removable storage compartment, rear grab bar, engine guard, and windshield fairing.
The only things that could use attention are a gear in the tachometer doesn't work (a common problem), the light in the speedometer is burned out, and there is a small dent on the left front of the tank.
It does run a little cold blooded, but after it warms up the choke can be closed completely and it runs smoothly.
The seat height is good for shorter and average size riders, but just fine for taller ones, too.
It has footpegs for both front and rear riders.
I can only show it to riders who are licensed to drive a motorcycle, and I'll need to accompany you to the DVS in Roseville (or wherever) to change the title (I can meet at a DVS and I'm friendly company!)
It will be a great highway cruiser and agile city bike for a new or experienced rider.
This is a great end of the season deal.
